Managing Shipments
The status for a shipment can be viewed in the YubiEnterprise Console for your organization, and in the user’s Okta profile under “Pre-Enrolled Authenticators”. The information in Okta is pulled from the YubiEnterprise Delivery service (Console).
You can edit a shipment request, for example to update the recipient and address information or delivery type, as well as delete a shipment request if needed. For more information, see Managing Pre-reg Shipments.
Note
A shipment request must be deleted both in the YubiEnterprise Console and in the user’s Okta profile on the “Pre-enrolled authenticators” tab. Additionally, you can remove a shipment request from the Okta Workflow Pre-reg Shipments table. If not removed from that table, on the next process run, the YubiEnterprise API will return a 404 message, set the status to “error”, and not process it again.
